Accredited CME covers the full range of topics important to health care—from the latest breakthroughs in medical research to how to communicate with families.

The University of Arkansas for Medical Sciences (UAMS) College of Medicine is accredited by the Accreditation Council for Continuing Medical Education to provide continuing medical education for physicians.

The UAMS COM Office of Continuing Medical Education ensures that all its CME activities meet the ACCME’s Essential Criteria and the Standards for Commercial Support.

The OCME may also jointly sponsor activities for CME credit with non-accredited health-related organizations, medical associations or societies.
