College of Medicine Research
The College of Medicine Research Office supports clinical and basic science research, provides leadership in expanding the College’s research and creative activities, aligns the COM research agenda with federal agencies and foundations, fosters interdisciplinary research programs and collaborations, and works with the UAMS Development office to further COM research and augment funding.
Research support within the college includes:
Research Toolbox – a variety of organizations and services available for researchers’ use
Core Research Facilities and Technical Services - Core facilities are pay-per-use research laboratories or analytical services, which allow investigators access to technologies and services they do not have available in their own laboratories.
