I drink every night to let go of the stress from the day, but it's not a big deal because it's only 4 drinks and I know other people who drink a lot more. Actually, 4 drinks a night is obje3ctively a lot of alcohol and is linked to a bunch of negative health outcomes. You'd be much better off if you stopped and found another way to cope with stress.
