Hello, I am Hafsa from Hyderabad, India, home to spectacular architecture and sumptuous food. It’s is also popularly known as the City of Pearls.
After completing my medical school from Deccan College of Medical Sciences, I moved to Little Rock, Arkansas to further pursue my interest in the field of medicine. My career in medicine has been quite an unconventional one. I went from practicing mainstream medicine to the forefront of medical informatics and along the way my passion for this profession has remained undiminished.

Neurology has always been a natural choice for me as one of the most intricate and essential branches of medicine. The complexities of neuroscience have always excited me rather than deterred me. My work at the University of Arkansas for Medical Sciences (UAMS) Movement Disorders clinic has been instrumental in reinforcing my passion for Neurology.

The first of two things that I enjoy doing is reading. I have an undying love for fiction books and am an avid reader. The second is my love for the outdoors. I enjoy hiking and have an undeniable passion for water sports. I take pleasure in visiting nearby lakes when the weather permits me to enjoy jet-skiing and kayaking. I can’t for the life of me swim, but absolutely love all fun things related to water!
I have come to love this state for its natural beauty and its vivid culture, and the people have been most welcoming. Little Rock has become a second home to me. I am excited about this next chapter in my life.
