The Division of Head and Neck Surgery is seeking applicants for a one-year fellowship program starting July 1, 2026 that provides intensive surgical training in head and neck surgery. Graduates of this program are expected to become particularly adept at the surgical management of benign and malignant neoplasms and disorders of the upper aerodigestive tract, salivary glands, thyroid and parathyroids; and head and neck cutaneous neoplasms.
The program also includes transoral robotic surgery, management of various defects of the head and neck necessitating local and regional flaps as well as microvascular free tissue transfer. The successful candidate will have ample exposure to the management of skull base and parapharyngeal space tumors and will have opportunities to perform clinical research projects, presentations in national/international meetings and publications. Applications are open to both U.S. graduates and international candidates. USMLE certification is preferred.
