Shayu Deshpande is an Associate Staff Scientist for the Center for Hearing Health Access. She plays a pivotal role in ensuring the smooth execution of all research activities at the Center through her engagement in study planning and operations. Trained in biological sciences with doctorate in Biochemistry from the Indian Institute of Science and postdoctoral fellowship in oncology at Memorial Sloan Kettering, Shayu has extensive experience in directing research studies and project management. Dedicated to utilizing research to create positive societal impact, she is deeply invested in working toward advancing access to care.
