- Then email Lexi Wiechmann and Heather Johnston with your date.
Need to book your dissertation defense?
- While our weekly scheduled seminar time is Tuesday at 12, noon, in the Rayford Auditorium, dissertations have been done outside of this time and Lexi and Heather can book another room. Please get with them before finalizing your date/time so they can check availability.

- Then email Lexi Wiechmann and Heather Johnston with your date.
- If you need a Zoom link set up, or if you need small conference room booked, please let them know as well.
What is needed for your seminar?
- Title! We need the title at least 4 weeks in advance to be able to send out the advance emails.
