- IRB – approves, disapproves, or require modifications of research activities, as well as working in conjunction with other university or institutional committees.
- NIH Public Access Policy – mandatory submission to PubMed, following journal article publication acceptance; inclusion of PubMed ID# when referencing these articles in NIH grant submissions

- ORIS – Office of Research Information Systems implements an integrated information management system that enables faculty, research staff, administrators and compliance officers efficiently to procure and administer grants, contracts and sponsored programs.

- SciCom – provides editorial, grant, and manuscript preparation services as part of OSPAN.
- Shared Equipment – Provides a list of commonly shared equipment in the College of Medicine. Prior to booking or contacting the point of contact for equipment be sure to review the shared equipment guidelines.
- Showcase of Medical Discoveries – summaries of events where UAMS investigators discuss their research and discoveries (e.g., Cardiovascular, Nanomedicine, Telehealth, Bone, etc).
- Translational Research Institute (TRI) – clinical research functions, access to research tools, collaboration, educational programs, and to request assistance with research projects
- UAMS Resources and Services Database – a searchable tool created primarily to aid researchers who are writing grant applications. It provides annually updated narrative overviews of UAMS colleges, institutes, centers, and other entities. Many of the research services described in the database can be requested through the Translational Research Institute website, TRI.uams.edu.
