Call for Presentations

Would you like to present for one of our Family Medicine Grand Rounds or during one of the large virtual conferences we host in the spring and fall? If so, fill out the form and we’ll get back with you. Note: All speakers will need a webcam, headset, clean lighting and background, and high-speed Internet to participate. Virtual backgrounds are discouraged. Sessions are an hour long unless otherwise noted.
