Program Requirements
- Completion of an ACGME-accredited Residency in the United States
- Board eligibility in either Internal Medicine or Family Medicine
- Successful completion of USMLE Steps 1, 2, 3
Application Materials
- Completed application
- Copy of your curriculum vitae
- Three letters of reference, one of which must be from your residency program director
- Personal statement of interest in the geriatrics fellowship. Indicate which track interests you: one-year Clinical Track, two-year Clinician-Educator Track (Academic Track), or two-year Reynolds Scholars Track (Research Focus)
- Copy of your USMLE Steps 1, 2, & 3 scores
- Copy of ECFMG certificate if you are a foreign medical graduate
- Copy of current visa (if applicable)
