Fav thing about UAMS Internal Medicine Residency? The camaraderie among the residents and faculty along with the myriad of pathologies and clinical conditions seen in the hospital.
Fav thing about living in Little Rock or Arkansas? The tons of outdoors stuff (hiking, kayaking) to do in and around Little Rock and good places to eat in the downtown ensure that no weekend will go uneventful.
What you want to do with your life? Possible Haem/Oncology or Pulm-Crit fellowship but I am still exploring all my options.
What do you do outside of the hospital to relax/have fun? Talking to and irritating my friends and family, dancing, cooking. I hope to one day run a small café with my own homemade modified recipes.
If you weren’t a doctor, what would you be? I guess a chef or an interior designer.
Fav show to binge watch? I watch varied genres, from Brooklyn Nine-Nine, Modern Family, Game of Thrones, Stranger Things, Money Heist to some niche Indian shows, which are not hugely popular.
Fun fact about yourself that not a lot of people know? I have lyrical aphasia (the worst kind!)- so don’t be surprised when I am making up my own lyrics while humming some tunes.
