Arkansas Technology and Data Science in Health & Medicine (AR Tech DaSH) is a focused outreach exposure program for high school students, teachers and the community sponsored by faculty at UAMS. The program incorporates imaging technologies and a data science curriculum focused on health and medicine.

Our faculty are active members in the Arkansas IDeA Network of Biomedical Research Excellence (INBRE). A goal of AR INBRE is to expand biomedical research opportunities for undergraduate faculty and students through collaborations with graduate research institutions in Arkansas.

The Rampy MS Research Foundation was founded in 2012 by the Rampy family, after losing a loved one to Multiple Sclerosis. UAMS is proud to be home to all three medical board members, two of which have Neurobiology ties. The Rampy Foundation hosts awareness activities each year in addition to providing research related resources with the goal to finally understand Multiple Sclerosis.
