Frequently Asked Questions
Does your program sponsor J-1 or H-1B visas?
Our program is not able to sponsor visas at this time. However, we encourage all qualified applicants to apply, regardless of visa status.
When is your application deadline? How will we be notified of an invitation for an interview and how are interviews scheduled?
Applications are reviewed in July when ERAS submissions open. The application deadline to be considered for an interview is typically the beginning of August. Applicants selected for an interview will be notified via email through Thalamus, our recruitment platform used to manage the entire process from start to finish.
