Improve Care Now
The purpose of this registry is to improve clinical care, redesign care delivery systems, and conduct clinical and health services, outcomes, and comparative effectiveness research to improve the health and well-being of children and youth with IBD.
International Intestinal Failure Registry
The purpose of the registry includes creation of a large international database of pediatric intestinal failure, learning networks, and identification of favorable interventions and treatments to inform on best practices and evidence-based treatment approaches
International Registry for Pediatric Anastomotic Ulcer
Dr. Kawatu initiated a multidisciplinary team registry to study dynamics, treatments and outcomes of anastomotic ulcers (AU) in pediatric patients with short bowel syndrome. Registry is in the stage of creation, but it will undoubtedly become instrumental in creating a learning network in pediatric AU identification of favorable interventions and treatments to inform on best practices and evidence-based treatment approaches learning more about this rare, but dangerous disease.
