iLab Operations Software is a part of the Agilent CrossLab family. iOS is an enterprise web-based management tool designed to support operations for centralized labs and shared research resources. UAMS core facilities use iLab for managing service requests, sample processing, and equipment reservations. iOS is also used for usage tracking, billing and invoicing, reporting, lab requisitioning, and spend tracking tools.
