- Office of Research Regulatory Affairs – provides essential support to enable the development of well-designed, ethical studies that balance regulation with innovation
- ORIS – Office of Research Information Systems implements an integrated information management system that enables faculty, research staff, administrators and compliance officers efficiently to procure and administer grants, contracts and sponsored programs.
- ORSP – The Office of Research and Sponsored Programs (ORSP) assists researchers in preparing grant application budgets and materials, negotiates the terms and conditions of all awards, drafts and negotiates subcontracts, and reviews and approves all proposals sent to sponsors.

- Showcase of Medical Discoveries – summaries of events where UAMS investigators discuss their research and discoveries (e.g., Cardiovascular, Nanomedicine, Telehealth, Bone, etc).
- Translational Research Institute (TRI) – clinical research functions, access to research tools, collaboration, educational programs, and to request assistance with research projects
- UAMS Resources and Services Database – a searchable tool created primarily to aid researchers who are writing grant applications. It provides annually updated narrative overviews of UAMS colleges, institutes, centers, and other entities.
