Our overall mission is to cultivate the career development and enhance the productivity of UAMS clinician-scientists pursuing a diverse range of basic, translational, clinical, and population medical research.
Specific Goals
- Coordinate and seamlessly leverage the vast resources of the medical university to facilitate clinician-scientists both in their rigorous training and pursuit of their work.
- Develop a sustainable robust pipeline throughout the educational continuum of clinician-scientists pursuing the full breadth of medical research.
- Empower the community mentality of clinician-scientists by expanding support services and connections, including formal mentoring as well as informal comradery to synergize success.
