Data Storage
All data is uploaded to the Flow Core server. The data will be stored indefinitely and the Core will notify you if files are going to be deleted. The server can be found here:

Analysis
The Core uses FlowJo software to analyze data. It is highly recommended each user learn to analyze their own data. To properly analyze flow data, the biological knowledge, experimental expectations, and technical flow knowledge are all required. More simple flow analysis such as 1-4 color, cell cycle, apoptosis, etc. can be preformed by Core personnel if needed.
The Flow Core has a FlowJo USB dongle that is available to check out free of charge. This allows you to use FlowJo on your personal computer. There are also FlowJo workstations available on the 5th floor of BioMed 1.
FlowJo offers on-line tutorials, as well as many videos are available on YouTube to teach you how to use the software. Please review these instructional resources before contacting the core for guidance. Core personnel can then work with you to navigate learning to analyze your samples.
