Neurology Medical Student Rotation Preferences Survey

Please complete the Rotation Preference Survey to indicate your Neurology rotation preferences.

During your three weeks on this rotation, you will complete two weeks of Neurology with an optional week of Pediatric Neurology or Neuro Intensive Care Unit .

DISCLAIMER: There is no guarantee that your first option will be your assigned rotation due to limited availability of slots for each rotation. Failure to choose options will result in automatic assignment.

Students will spend at least two weeks on an inpatient Neurology service, one week will be in our outpatient clinics, with an additional week on one of two other services (Neuro Intensive Care, VA, Unit or Pediatric Neurology). For the rotation preference survey, please indicate your order of preference between the Neuro ICU, VA or Pediatric Neurology. Assignments will be given based on availability of each service.(Required)
