Meet Dr. Hess
Dr. Hess was born in San Angelo, Texas and raised in Amarillo, Texas. He attended Texas Tech University where he received his Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration. Dr. Hess completed medical school at University of Texas Medical Branch – Galveston. He completed his Residency at Baylor Scott and White where he served as a Resident Educator for the Intern Didactics program. Dr. Hess has a special interest in the benefits of strength training on lower back pain. In his spare time Dr. Hess enjoys spending time with his family, watching movies, powerlifting, surfing, and playing soccer.
