Arkansas Children’s Hospital (ACH) in Little Rock is the largest pediatric hospital in the state and part of the only pediatric health system in Arkansas. Our 336-bed hospital houses the only PICU, burn center and Level 1 pediatric trauma center in the state and provides access to all pediatric subspecialties.
Our clinical section for maltreatment is housed at The Clark Center for Safe and Healthy Children, a stand-alone building on the ACH Campus in Little Rock, AR. This building is the only structure on campus with its own mission, dedicated to the care and treatment of neglected and abused children and their families. Within the building is the ACH outpatient clinic for evaluation of abuse and neglect, the Pulaski County Child Advocacy Center, the Child Studies Center and the Family Treatment Program. Child Abuse fellows have office space within the Clark Center and complete their outpatient evaluations of maltreatment at this facility with quick and easy access to the main hospital for inpatient consultations and rotations with other subspecialties.
