Dr. Fouda had the privilege of directing the American Heart Association (AHA) Sweethearts program at UAMS this year. The lab hosted high school students for two nights to share insights into AHA-supported research and biomedical career paths. This effort was supported by lab members Carol Morris, PhD, Rami Shahror, Ashlynn Cunningham, Bushra Zaman, Christian Mitchell, MS, and Mohamed Sadek, alongside collaborators Drs. Erica Malone, Rushita Bagchi, and Yunmeng Liu.
