E.A.S.E.

EASE logo

The E.A.S.E. program provides an ongoing forum for Program Director (PD) faculty development and to ensure timely PD-DIO communications on important topics. The E.A.S.E. acronym stands for the various roles that PDs encounter in their jobs —Educator, Administrator, Scholar, and Evaluator.

E.A.S.E attendance is required and meetings are held from August-May, typically on the third Thursday of every month from 4:30-5:30. There will be no meetings in December or March. This year we plan to do a hybrid of both in-person and virtual meetings. We will make a determination on a monthly basis as to whether the meetings will be held virtually or both in-person and virtually.  The monthly calendar invite will be updated to alert you when in-person becomes an attendance option.

Please see emailed communications or the calendar invite for the Zoom link.

Links to recordings and handouts can be found on the E.A.S.E. SharePoint page. Contact Sarah Sharp at ssharp@uams.edu if you do not have access.
