I am an Assistant Professor in the Division of Nephrology and have been working since 2017 at Arkansas’s only adult kidney transplant program. I completed medical school in India, followed by residency in Internal medicine at St Francis hospital in Evanston, Illinois, a general nephrology fellowship at The University of Chicago Medical Center, and finally Transplant Nephrology fellowship at The University of Illinois at Chicago. It gives me immense satisfaction to help patients with advanced kidney disease. Obtaining a kidney transplant radically changes their quality of life and life expectancy for the better.
