- April 22 – Declaration Deadline.

- May 6 – List of names for letter writers and an up to date CV is due
- July 8 – Submission of full electronic packet for department P and T committee review
- August 10 – IM Department Committee will convene. Shortly after, packets including recommendations will be returned to candidates
- September 19, 2023 – COM Submission Deadline, electronic packet must be submitted no later than 4:30 p.m.
