High School Students: We are not accepting high school students.
Undergraduate Students: We welcome inquiries for undergraduates that are applying to or have been accepted to any of the Summer Undergraduate Research Programs at UAMS (e.g. INBRE, SURP, PRO). We are not accepting for Fall/Spring semesters.
Graduate Students/Rotations: Interested rotation students can contact Mark directly via email at mmanzano@uams.edu. Our lab is part of the different tracks in the GPIBS program: Microbiology and Immunology (home department), Cancer Biology, Biochemistry and Molecular Biology, Cell Biology and Physiology, Pathobiology, and Pharmacology, Toxicology and Experimental Therapeutics.
Medical Students (Honors Research or PCAR): Interested M1 students participating in Honors Research or the Partnership in Cancer Research can contact Mark directly via email prior to submitting their applications for the Summer Programs at mmanzano@uams.edu.
Research Staff: Inquiries for open research technician or staff positions can be sent to Mark.
Postdocs: Postdoctoral candidates should email Mark their CVs, contact information for three references, and a description of research interests or potential projects you might want to pursue in the lab.
