I was born and raised in Bangalore, India and completed MBBS from KIMS, Bangalore. After gaining clinical and research experience in multiple different cities and institutions, I am happy to finally have a place to call home in America and what better place than UAMS, Little Rock. On the professional front, my interests include Neurocritical Care and Interventional Neurology both of which encompass the best parts of medicine – neuroscience, acute care medicine and a multidisciplinary team approach. I am also keen on building on my past research experience and very excited to work on some very interesting projects with the faculty here.
In my spare time I love to travel. At home I am usually found curled up with a book and a cup of South Indian filter coffee or making funny faces at my nieces (Thank You FaceTime)! The scenic landscape here is quite a contrast to the bustling streets of Bangalore and I am very excited to experience all the outdoor activities the Natural State has to offer.
