I’m Vasan. I was born and raised in Salem, a small town in South India where I spent my childhood and teenage years before moving to a metropolitan city to pursue my medical career where my life took a U-turn from there. Since I grew up in a place filled with farmlands and livestock, I’m interested in all outdoor activities. I love to hike and sometimes take a small detour with my bike. I’m looking forward to the fun that “The Natural State” has to offer me.
My passion for neurology is growing strong since my second year of medical school. After all these years of hard work, here I am at UAMS to start my Neurology training. I’m so excited and thrilled to start the next phase of my life in Little Rock which I can call ‘Home’ for another four years.
