Congratulations to Dr. Rosie Simmen who received the 2023 COM Master Teacher Award at the COM Dean’s Honor Day ceremony on April 25, 2023. The prestigious award was presented to Dr. Simmen in recognition of her exemplary commitment to educational excellence in the classroom, her outstanding mentorship of graduate and medical students and early career scientists in the fields of endocrinology, physiology, cell and cancer biology, and for her enthusiastic support and passion in ensuring students’ success towards the pursuit of individual professional goals. Dr. Simmen serves as the Director of the Cell Biology and Physiology Track (CBP) of the Graduate School’s Graduate Program in Interdisciplinary Biosciences.
