Congratulations to our three Cell Biology & Physiology (CBP) Track students who successfully completed their Doctor of Philosophy (Ph.D.) Qualifying exams and are now full-pledged Ph.D. candidates! The students were honored at the Research Induction Ceremony held last September 13, where they were presented with a White Coat by Graduate School Dean Dr. Robert McGehee and their Ph.D. mentors.
Dr. Teresita Bellido, Physiology and Cell Biology Chair presented the White Coats to students Amrita Khakurel and Farhana Sumya (on behalf of Dr. Lupashin) and Dr. Maria Almeida Schuller did the honors for Ph.D. mentee Mohsin Ali.
