SURP and INBRE summer students socialize with one another and faculty members who serve as their mentors in the Physiology and Cell Biology department to become better acquainted with one another. The SURP and INBRE summer students are paid rising junior and senior undergraduate students who work with faculty members as their mentors in their respective laboratories conducting research during the summer here at the University of Arkansas for Medical Sciences.
