What is Mental Health?

Mental health is a person’s emotional, mental, and social wellbeing. Mental health influences how a person thinks, feels, and acts and can change the way a person deals with stress or relates to other people.

You may also contact the UAMS Health AR ConnectNow call center at 501-526-3563 or 800-482-9921. The call center is available 24 hours a day, seven days a week. The UAMS Health AR ConnectNow virtual clinic operates Monday through Friday, 8 a.m. to 5 p.m.
