The following reports detail findings from the multi-year evaluation of the TEACH and WAGE$ programs in Arkansas, which are designed to reduce turnover among early education professionals.
Year 1: TEACH & WAGE$
The year 1 evaluations of the TEACH and WAGE$ programs were designed to get a baseline understanding of participants’ and employers’ experiences. In years 2 and 3, we will conduct additional studies comparing outcomes of those in the programs to outcomes of those who were not to evaluate the impacts more thoroughly.
