Flashback to when you were 10 years old. What do you want to be when you grow up? When I was 10 years old, I wanted to be a teacher. I loved learning and helping others learn so that they could also benefit from new knowledge. I believe becoming a physician still allows me to do both.

If you weren’t a doctor, what would you be? I think if I weren’t a doctor I would be a social worker so that I could still help families through the challenges of life.
Favorite show to binge watch? My favorite show to binge watch is Friends!
What is a fun fact about yourself that not a lot of people know? I grew up with three older brothers in rural Mississippi. So, while most people see my feminine side, I also enjoy outdoor activities such as camping, riding four-wheelers, and hiking.
What is the next thing you want to check off on your bucket list? The next item I’d love to check off my bucket list is visiting Paris with my family. My mom and I have always dreamed of going together, and it would be an unforgettable experience to share that adventure.
Do you have any skills or talents that most people don’t know about? My talents are rooted in music, specifically singing and playing the trumpet.
