Biography: Leah Tobey is a native of Little Rock, AR. Leah is a graduate of Ouachita Baptist University, The University of Central Arkansas with a doctorate in physical therapy, and lastly, The University of Arkansas at Little Rock with a M.B.A. Leah joined UAMS in 2013 and has 11 years of clinical PT experience treating in the areas of orthopedics, geriatrics and pelvic floor rehab. She continues PT via telemedicine clinic offered by the multi-disciplinary AR-IMPACT team. Leah is the clinical coordinator & manager for the Arkansas Geriatric Education Collaborative (AGEC) through the Reynolds Institute on Aging. Leah enjoys connecting with the older adult, geriatric population in urban & rural AR and enjoys providing evidenced-based clinical training for healthcare providers within the ARcare clinics & within various programs at UAMS.
