Each summer, the residents meet with the Program Director and Program Coordinator to discuss the past academic year, get some professional development, and have some fun! Discussions concerning didactics, department policies, rotations, and other topics facilitated by Dr. Lindberg. The feedback is collected and provided to faculty and administration. Many times, these conversations have led to changes in policies, rotation objectives, and curriculum.
