Balance
As a residency program, we recognize the importance of a work life and home life balance. We provide regular resident training on stress management/relief, fatigue mitigation, how to receive feedback, and signs of addiction. We host regularly scheduled social activities off campus, encourage creativity at work, celebrate life’s accomplishments and make time for fun!
