What are your particular clinical interests?
I enjoy working with patients to make sustainable changes that improve their quality of life and promote patient-centered, holistic care. I am particularly interested in preventive and lifestyle medicine that will allow me to guide my patients to make healthy life choices.
Why did you choose Family Medicine?
Having worked as a primary care physician in rural India, I truly enjoyed getting to know my patients and caring for them over time. This experience helped me appreciate the importance of continuity of care and the meaningful role a trusted physician can play in patients’ lives, families, and communities.
Why did you choose the Little Rock Family Medicine residency program?
During my interview experience, I found the faculty to be exceptionally warm, welcoming, and supportive, which reflected the close-knit culture I was looking for in a residency program. Being one of the top healthcare institutions in Arkansas, I felt privileged to be a part of the team and looked forward to learning from excellent faculty and colleagues throughout my residency journey.
What are your hobbies and interests outside of medicine?
In my free time, I enjoy traveling, trying different cuisines, and learning about new cultures. I am an animal lover and enjoy spending time outdoors. I like staying active by playing badminton and pickleball, as well as hiking and practicing yoga.
