Move Hope Forward – One Step at a Time

Come celebrate with us at the UAMS Parkinsonism Walk – a day of community, compassion, and commitment that honors and directly benefits Arkansans living with Parkinsonism. Please join us on November 1 at the Little Rock Zoo from 9-11 a.m. to raise awareness about Parkinsonism. Your participation and donations will help fund essential programs that provide therapy, support services, education, and research for people facing the challenges of Parkinson’s disease and related disorders in our community. Walk Route Map

Download a PDF of the walk route. It is less than 0.30 miles and takes place entirely inside the zoo. The path is paved and designed to be accessible and comfortable for all participants. Benches will be available along the way for anyone who would like to pause and rest.
