Mission Statement
The mission of the UAMS Child and Adolescent Psychiatry Fellowship is to train child and adolescent psychiatrists to provide high-quality, evidence-based, patient and family-centered health care, preparing them to enter practice both independently and in academic settings immediately after graduation. Our goal is to produce knowledgeable, compassionate, and culturally sensitive physicians who provide excellent patient care, and who will continue to advance the field, educate the public, and advocate for the better health and well-being of the populace both regionally and nation-wide.
