UAMS Hosts Australian Neurosurgeon for Demonstration of Innovative Robotic Spine Surgery

The University of Arkansas for Medical Sciences (UAMS) welcomed Professor Greg Malham, BSc, MB ChB, director of spine surgery at Epworth Hospital in Melbourne, Australia, as the first visiting international surgeon to observe a procedure that uses an innovative technique for minimally invasive spine surgery.

Dr. Porcelli Selected by U.S. Army as Reserve Neurosurgeon

Dr. Phillip Porcelli, Section Chief of Neurosurgery at VA in Little Rock, has been selected by the United States Army Selection Committee as their reserve neurosurgeon for the Army Medical Department Professional Management Command.
