Dr. Valdes is an Assistant Professor in the Departments of Dermatology and Pathology. He earned his medical degree at the Universidad Autónoma de Coahuila in Mexico, after which he completed a dermatology residency at the Universidad Autónoma de San Luis Potosí.
He went on to complete a second dermatology residency in the United States at Temple University Hospital in Philadelphia, Pennsylvania, followed by a fellowship in dermatopathology at the University of Virginia in Charlottesville.
Dr. Valdes specializes in a wide variety of skin conditions and enjoys all aspects of dermatology. He is board-certified in dermatology in both the United States and Mexico.
