I chose the UAMS Pediatrics Residency Program because it’s wonderful and…: The people are truly wonderful, I had only been to Arkansas once before my interview. I had a great interview day and felt that it was the perfect place for my husband and I to start our lives together and careers! I love the big standalone Children’s Hospital, but it still feels like a close family of residents.

I chose the UAMS Pediatrics Residency Program because it’s wonderful and…: It was my favorite interview! Everyone from the pre-interview dinner to the post-interview lunch were great. The residents were all down to earth, knew how to have fun and most importantly, laughed. The faculty and staff that I met during my day were amazing too. Plus, the program had everything I was looking for to prepare me for a fellowship after residency.

I chose the UAMS Pediatrics Residency Program because it’s wonderful and…: the Faculties, Staff and Residents were very warm, welcoming, and friendly.  I got a lot of positive vibes in this program on my interview day which made me choose UAMS as my top choice. ACH being a stand-alone children’s hospital in this state makes it undoubtedly the best place to get trained for my valuable next three years of training.

I chose the UAMS Pediatrics Residency Program because it’s wonderful and…: The people here really are a family.
