I chose the UAMS Pediatrics Residency Program because it’s wonderful and…: it’s the perfect fit for me! All the residents, faculty, and coordinators I met on my interview day were so welcoming and genuinely excited for me to be there. Even virtually, it was easy to see how truly happy and well-supported the residents were. The program has an awesome reputation for training well-rounded, compassionate pediatricians in an incredible children’s hospital, so the family atmosphere was the icing on the cake. I immediately felt like I was part of the UAMS family on interview day, and I knew it was the one for me!
