Dr. Rob Griffin Elected to Radiation Research Society Council

The Department of Radiation Oncology is pleased to congratulate Dr. Rob Griffin on his election to the Council of the Radiation Research Society (RRS) for a three-year term.

The Council is composed of ten elected members representing a broad range of scientific disciplines within the radiation research community. As the governing body of the Society, the Council helps guide the organization’s strategic direction, oversees its affairs, and advances its mission through leadership, annual meetings, workshops, and other scientific initiatives.

Dr. Griffin’s role reflects his continued leadership and dedication to the field of radiation research. His service on the Council will help shape the future of one of the world’s leading organizations dedicated to advancing research in the biological, chemical, and physical effects of radiation.

Congratulations to Dr. Griffin on this well-deserved honor and leadership opportunity.
