The Cytek Northern Lights instrument is a three laser (violet 405, red 635 and blue 488) full spectrum flow cytometer. The optical design and unmixing algorithm give scientists remarkable flexibility, enabling the use of a wide array of new fluorochrome combinations. This instrument can be easily used for up to 24 color panels. The use of full spectrum allows the use of fluorochromes in a panel that with traditional flow cannot be used together.
