AMIA announced the 2027 class of Fellows of the American Medical Informatics Association (FAMIA) through the FAMIA Applied Informatics Recognition Program. This year, 43 AMIA members, including Clinical Informatics Fellowship Faculty Dr. Daniel Liu and Dr. Obeid M. Shafi, have been selected for induction as FAMIA Fellows.
The 2027 class joins a distinguished community of 733 FAMIA Fellows who apply informatics skills and knowledge within their professional settings and have demonstrated professional achievement and leadership.
