Dr. Phanord graduated from Pontificia Universidad Católica Madre y Maestra (PUCMM) Facultad de Ciencias de la Salud in the Dominican Republic and is originally from Haiti. She has a passion for rural, underserved communities and has transitioned to Arkansas from Florida. Anne is multilingual, speaking Spanish, French, Creole Haitian, and English, and enjoys cooking her native Haitian food for a taste of home.

Dr. Booker is a graduate from UAMS College of Medicine in 2024 after receiving her undergraduate degree from University of Arkansas at Monticello. She is from Monticello, Arkansas and is looking forward to practicing medicine in her home of South Arkansas. She enjoys all things outdoors, especially fishing and hunting with family and friends and raising her chickens.
Khalif Ball, M.D.
Dr. Ball is originally from New Jersey and graduated from Spartan Health Sciences University School of Medicine in 2016 after receiving his undergraduate degree from Seton Hall University. After starting his medical journey as an EMT, he has been practicing as an Assistant Physician in both Missouri and Arizona for the last several years and is excited about his transition to Arkansas. He is enjoying the slower pace of life of the Natural State.
