The MVP award provides monthly recognition of a DFPM/PCPHSL employee who demonstrates one or more of the following
- Exceptional patient care,
- Kindness to co-workers,
- Supporting a positive work culture
Any employee of DFPM/PCPHSL can be nominated.
An Employee who is nominated will receive
- A certificate of recognition
- Recognition Coin
- Feature article in the DFPM Digest and PCPHSL Post newsletters
- Gift Bag
- Honored at the year-end DFPM/PCPHSL Chair’s Awards of Recognition of Excellence
MVP Nomination Process
Nominees for the award must be
- Full or part time employees of DFPM or PCPHSL
- Employed at any UAMS location (including remote)
- Has not been selected as MVP within the past 24 months
Be specific in the Nomination
- Explain how the employee provided outstanding customer service, served as a role model or contributed to a positive work environment
- Describe the employee’s recent achievement(s) and the positive outcomes of the department and UAMS
- Describe how the employee goes above and beyond the normal duties expected of the position
MVP Award Winners will be announced on the 15th of each month.
The DFPM/PCPHSL Chair and/or Wellness Committee has the right to verify nomination content with the nominee’s supervisor. In recognition of exemplary job performance and outstanding contributions to UAMS, I would like to nominate the following employee for the DFPM/PCPHSL MVP monthly award.
