Where were you born and raised? I was born in New Orleans, Louisiana but I grew up here in Bryant.
Best childhood memory? My best childhood memory would probably be playing pickup games of basketball with all the kids in my neighborhood growing up.
Who is someone you really admire? Either my mom or dad for sure. They’ve always been my best friends and a shoulder to lean on when I needed it.
What is the best advice you’ve ever heard? “When you’re on the way to where you are going, don’t forget the places you’ve already been.”
Got any phobias you’d like to break? Arachnophobia for sure. I’m deathly afraid of spiders and the way they move. It’s so sporadic and hostile to me.
When was the last time you had a full LOL moment and why? The last time I had a full LOL moment was when I was taking my younger brother and sister (aged 11 and 12) to Sonic to grab milkshakes a week or two back. On the way there we always a pass this really nice neighborhood with a “No Outlets” road sign and my little brother asked me what it meant. So I told the both of them that the sign meant that the neighborhood didn’t have any wall outlets to plug up phones and stuff and that you couldn’t live there if you had an electric car. They were skeptical but convinced to say the least, and the LOL moment occurred just the other day when my mom called me and asked me if I had told them that! I couldn’t contain my laughter.
What is your favorite movie? I’ve got a bunch of movies I love but it’s probably a tie between ‘Forrest Gump’ and ‘Seven Pounds.’
What is your favorite video/board games and why? My favorite video game is Call of Duty because I’ve played it since I was a kid, but lately it’s been testing my patience every time I turn on my Xbox.
Pineapple pizza. Yay or nay? Absolutely not. Pineapple on pizza should be a criminal offense.
What skill do you think everyone should learn? Empathy for sure. Attempting to put yourself in the shoes of others helps create the perspective needed to understand where someone else is coming from.
